[Scope of Application] Used for the care of superficial wounds, post-operative sutured wounds, mechanical trauma, small wounds, abrasions, incised wounds, puncture sites of puncture devices, first-degree or superficial second-degree burn and scald wounds, and non-chronic wounds, providing a microenvironment for wound healing. It may also be used for the care of puncture sites of puncture devices (such as catheters) and for securing the puncture device. [Main Components] Self-adhesive base material (self-adhesive non-woven fabric), chitosan sponge soft sheet, and release paper — three parts. [Product Structure] Type I is a chitosan sponge soft sheet usable on both sides; Type II is a double-sided usable chitosan sponge soft sheet made by adding chitosan to gauze; Type III consists of three parts: self-adhesive base material (self-adhesive non-woven fabric), chitosan sponge soft sheet, and release paper. The product is sterilized by Co⁶⁰ irradiation and supplied sterile. [Model and Specifications] - Type I: Round (diameter 10–50 mm) / Square (length 10–200 mm × width 5–100 mm), thickness 0.5–18 mm - Type II: With gauze: Round (diameter 10–50 mm) / Square (length 10–800 mm × width 5–100 mm), thickness 0.5–18 mm - Type III: Self-adhesive base material (length 20–800 mm × width 10–150 mm) + sponge pad (square/round) [Sterile/Non-sterile Supply] Supplied sterile.

Intended Use

For care of superficial wounds, post-operative sutured wounds, mechanical trauma, small wounds, abrasions, cuts, puncture sites from puncture devices, first-degree or superficial second-degree burn wounds, and non-chronic wounds, providing a microenvironment for wound healing. It may also be used for care of puncture sites from puncture devices (such as catheters) and for securing the puncture device.
